Inside the cytoplasm NADH will only produce 2 ATP, this is why the total of ATP produced is 36 and not 38.

Lower extremities dump Bd into the Inferior Vena Cava. The Upper extremity dumps Bd into the Superir Vena Cava while the Lumbar region is being drained by the azygous vein dumping Bd into the SVC (as a backup system/methid). The Hemiazygous vein on the Left crosses to the R at the level of T8 and joins the Azygous vein.
